Every GRP Post and Portico product, including our GRP pilasters or columns, have been designed for ease of installation, built with lightweight materials and is virtually maintenance free.
Stormking’s GRP Posts and Porticoes are made to order, using modern manufacturing methods, to replicate natural materials, such as stone, to match seamlessly with existing brickwork.
GRP Porticos and Posts
Stormking’s GRP entrance products are moulded with an integral GRP lead effect fixing/flashing upstand, decorative fascia and soffit. In addition, our GRP porticos and structural supports, such as GRP columns and pilasters, are designed for strength and decorative appeal to enhance and protect the exterior of a building.
Our ‘recplac’ posts are available in a selection of standard sizes in a number of selected colours – see below for more details.
Stormking GRP portico and columns can be moulded into various shapes and sizes, making them a versatile option to enhance new and refurbishment projects to suit your building requirements.

GRP Portico Colour Options
The colour options of the GRP posts and porticos reflect the natural stone they are replicating. All portico supporting columns are colour matched, as they come as a complete set. All portico roofs are produced in our standard Lead Grey (RAL 7015).

Stormking’s Columns and Portico ranges are manufactured using modern manufacturing technologies by our UK team of specialist operatives.
The current independent research established the durability of GRP products to be in excess of 50 years.
Stormking only use the finest pigment additives and coatings, like all external finishes they will be affected by weathering and ultra-violet rays. Over a long period of time this will cause some slight fading on the areas exposed to the sunlight. With minial care and maintenance GRP products will remain in pristine condition for many years.
